“I just wanted to say thank you for your help when we had to use ZOOM for our Ostomy group meeting’s during Covid and for a period of time afterwards. It was new to most of us and was very hard to navigate with your help in coaching it was a success. It is a crucial service both emotionally and physically to those individuals. We could not have done it without you. Not only did you volunteer your time then but continued to offer technical advice to those of us who not proficient technologically.”
